Exquisite Corpse is not an easy concept. This project three group members worked on a part of the body... not together.

Assignment 11:
I chose the song "Cowgirls Don't Cry," by Brooks and Dunn because my grandfather sings me this song when ever I'm down. He was the person who put me on my first horse when I was two, and knew from then on I would never come out of the saddle. Even when I fall and want to give up on everything, whether it be riding or school, my grandpa will just say to me "Cowgirl don't cry. Ride, baby, ride. Lessons of life show us all in time. Too soon God lets you know why. If you fall get right back on. Good Lord calls everybody home. Cowgirl don't cry." Just hearing him say those words just is motivating to never give up on my dreams or back down in what I believe. When you first see my project you see the horse but if you look on the horses face you can see the lyrics to the song.

Our assignment was to create an image using typography. I chose to make a tiger. What I like in my design is that it looks very life-like and I put a lot of effort into my design to make it stand out. If I was given the opportunity to do this project again, I would put more stripes on the face. I would also create more depth in the tigers face. Overall though, I enjoyed this project and my tiger!
In this project I learned that graphic design is not easy. It really takes dedication to do this. I did like how we had the choice to choose what we wanted to design. We could only use the tools line and shape, which made this project a little difficult. I have a new respect for this art and the graphic designers to do this everyday.Assi
